Teaching Assistant

Contract type: Temporary for 12 months
Work pattern: 30 hours per week, Term time only (38 weeks)
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm, 1 hour lunch (unpaid)
Salary information: Scale 2, £20,048 - £20,334 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Start date: 23rd February 2026

We are seeking to appoint a motivated, caring, sensitive and patient Teaching Assistant to work in KS1 at Yeading Infant and Nursery School.  

Working under the direction of the class teacher, you will need to demonstrate enthusiasm and a commitment to teamwork, have experience of working with relevant age groups within a learning environment and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills with a minimum of NVQ L3 in child care or equivalent.
