At Yeading Infant and Nursery School, we have a large team of terrific teachers and superb support staff; with whom we together aim to create a culture where thinking and learning flourish.

We are an ambitious school and believe in success for all. Our school Achievement Awards include: The Basic Skills Quality Mark, The National Healthy Schools Standard, International Award, Active Mark for PE, Eco Flag and Investors in People status. This success is due to all involved with our school – staff, parents, governors and most importantly of all, the children. They are brilliant!

To help support you in your efforts to exceed at our school, we can offer you high quality training. ''The high-quality training that staff receive has had a measurable impact on the outcomes that pupils achieve.'' (Ofsted 2019) In addition to this, we offer exciting opportunities for new teachers!

A Family of Learning

Yeading Infant and Nursery School is one of the largest infant schools in Hillingdon. The school has a very busy and successful children’s centre that offers support, advice and a variety of services for its parents, families and the community of Hayes.

At Yeading Infant, we continuously endeavour to “sow the seeds of success” which we do very well by working with parents to nurture our children throughout their important years of education. Our school philosophy is to provide our pupils with the best all-round education in a safe, caring and loving environment. Therefore, we work hard to make our school a beautiful place and are very proud of the quality of our learning environment.

We place learning at the centre of our school and so, we aim to encourage our children in their strengths, whilst supporting them to embrace new challenges. In 2013, Ofsted recognised that ‘across the school the curriculum is outstanding’ and that our ‘pupils have positive attitudes to learning and their behaviour is outstanding’!
