Salary information: MPR - UPR, £37,870 - £56,154 per annum (dependent upon experiene) + TLR1, £10,174 per annum

Hayes Park School is a successful three-form entry, multi-cultural school with a Nursery and a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) for autism and an inclusion base for children on pre- or semi-formal curriculum pathways. We are wonderfully resourced, with a range of IT devices for our pupils, lovely green spaces and an eco-dome.

We have a rare opportunity (due to promotion of our current SENCO) for a SENCO to join our team. This role is mainly out of class, with some cover responsibilities, and includes a TLR1 allowance reflecting the leadership and management duties involved.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating the SEN provision across the school.
- Supporting teachers in delivering quality first teaching, ordinarily available provision and targeted interventions.
- Managing the SEN register and EHCP processes.
- Working closely with families, external agencies and the senior leadership team.
- Contributing to whole-school improvement priorities, inclusion Therapeutic Thinking.
