Hayes Park is a successful, multi-cultural school with excellent resources and is fully supportive of professional development. Our goal is to create an atmosphere of mutual support where we learn from each other and achieve well together.

We are an inclusive community of children and adults committed to excellence and life-long learning; working together to create a safe but challenging environment for all individuals. Everyone at the school are made to feel valued, respected and included and their achievement are celebrated.

We welcome individuals who consider themselves to be dynamic, professional, friendly, confident and considerate when dealing with children and adults, who is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done and who loves a challenge!

Feel free to contact us here, for further information about working for us and about the school.

Respect is a key part of the school’s ethos and interwoven throughout the expectations for behaviour and learning. Pupils say the ‘PREP’ (perseverance, respect, excellence and partnership) and ‘SORT’ (safe, obey, respect and truth) values, continuously remind them of expectations for both their learning and their behaviour.
