SEND Teaching Assistant Apprentice 

Contract type: 
Fixed term for 16 months
Work pattern: 32.5 hours per week, Term time only + 1 Training Day (38.2 weeks)
Salary information:  Minimum of £10.85 per hour (in line with Apprenticeship Guidelines)
Start date: As soon as possible 2026

Charville is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a SEND Teaching Assistant Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential in an accredited Values based and multi-cultural primary school Working alongside experienced staff, you will develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to support children's learning, wellbeing and inclusion in a rewarding primary school environment. No previous experience is required – just a passion for working with children, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
