Salary information: L15 - L19, £73,105 - £80,655 per annum (depending on experience)

Beechwood Primary School is a thriving, one form entry primary school in the centre of Woodley, Reading, which is at the heart of the local community. The school is on a rapid journey of school improvement and the Trust are looking to appoint an inspirational, motivated and driven leader for the school. The Head Teacher will have overall responsibility for implementing the current school improvement priorities, working with the school improvement team and Governing Body, as well as being responsible for the operational management and performance of Beechwood. The successful candidate will play a key role in the strategic leadership of the school and the Multi Academy Trust as a whole.
