Early Years Practitioner (Key Worker)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8.00 am – 3.30 pm (1/2 hour for lunch)
Work pattern: 35 hours per week, Term Time Only + 1 Training Day (38.2 weeks)
Salary information: Scale 4, £24,886 - £25,973 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Start date: January 2026
This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Early Years Practitioner / Key Worker within our early years phase supporting young children in a nurturing and inclusive environment. This post is initially based in our nursery, but you may also be required to work across the EYFS. Our nursery is an integral part of our accredited, values-based, and vibrant multi-cultural primary school. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic practitioner to join our experienced team and help every child reach their full potential.
