- Inclusion & SEND: Lead the Inclusion team to develop an ambitious vision aligned with the School Development Plan.
- Safeguarding Excellence: Take full lead on child protection, staying up-to-date with national developments and ensuring all staff understand all aspects of safeguarding.
- Staff Development: Line manage teaching and support staff while overseeing the induction and coaching of ITT and Early Career Teachers (ECT).
- Culture: Embed a positive behaviour culture of respect, resilience and responsibility across the entire school community.
About You…
We are looking for a leader who is:
- An Expert Practitioner: A QTS-qualified teacher with a proven track record of impact.
- A Strategic Thinker: Someone who can translate the SEND Code of Practice into effective day-to-day classroom reality.
- A Compassionate Advocate: Passionate about removing barriers for disadvantaged pupils and working closely with families.
- A Lifelong Learner: Committed to their own professional development and the growth of their colleagues.
