Attendance Officer

Contract type: Permanent
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm
Work pattern: 32.5 hours per week, Term time only + 5 INSET days (39 weeks)
Salary information: Scale 4, £23,385 per annum, rising annually to £24,761 per annum (inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

Ruislip High School is looking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated individual to be the school’s Attendance Officer. The role would suit a proactive, flexible and highly motivated person who enjoys the challenge of working in a busy environment. You will be responsible for the daily recording and monitoring of student attendance, administration relating to school trips and extra-curricular activities as well as contributing to the smooth running of the school office.

As this position deals with a wide variety of stakeholders it will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will need to be extremely well organised, have exceptional time management, attention to detail and a high level of computer literacy.
