We work exclusively with Primary Schools in the London Borough of Hillingdon and surrounding West London authorities, including Slough and Harrow.

Why do we only recruit for schools in West London?
We have worked with schools to develop a standard offering to NQT candidates. We don't think that schools should be put into competition with each other for the best candidates; instead candidates and schools should be free to choose what is right for them! For this reason, the pool of schools we work with is localised.

Why should I submit my CV with Crinkle?
Because we don't charge a percentage recruitment fee, we offer our schools a highly discounted rate for NQT recruitment. This helps free up school budgets to put important resources back into the education of the children in their care.
