Year Team Pastoral Support Officer
Salary information: NJC Spinal Point 8 - 10, £26,637 - £27,413 per annum (depending on experience)
Work pattern: 36 hours per week, Term Time Only (41 weeks)
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Start date: September 2025
Swakeleys School for Girls is an oversubscribed girls’ school in Hillingdon where our focus is to ensure that students enjoy school, achieve well, aspire to fulfilling futures and feel happy and successful.
The post holder will assist the Deputy Headteacher (Behaviour and Attendance) and Year Teams with pastoral matters, ranging from undertaking investigations into behaviour incidents, carrying out home visits and liaising with parents.
The post holder is expected to work on a range of administrative routines and provide support to the safeguarding team, pupil desk enquiries and attendance officer.
