Teaching Assistants
Contract type: Permanent
Work pattern: 36 hours per week, Term time only + five INSET days (39 weeks)
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday, 7:45am to 3:30pm and Friday, 7:45am 3:15pm or Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 3:15pm and Friday 7:30am to 3:00pm.
Salary information: NJC Scale 4 inclusive of Outer London Weighting, Actual starting salary is £25,098 per annum rising annually to £26,576 per annum
Start date: ASAP

We are looking to appoint teaching assistants to work with our teachers to support the teaching and learning of our SEND students in classes, small groups or individually, including attending to the physical needs of students with disabilities. There will also be opportunities to work with students with autism on a one-to-one basis. Applications are invited from people with a background of working with secondary age students in a learning environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team in the Learning Support Faculty, and to make a significant difference to the lives of our current, and future students.
