Teaching Assistant
Work pattern: 35 hours per week, Term time only + 5 training days (39 weeks)
Hours of work: Monday – Wednesday – Thursday: 8.30am - 4pm; Tuesday: 8.30am - 4.30pm (Staff Inset) and Friday: 8.30am - 3.30pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
Salary information: Scale 3, £22,674 - £23,016 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Start date: ASAP

The successful candidate will be prepared to support children in class as well as deliver intervention programmes for individual and groups of children across the key stage.

- Has minimum of 6 months recent, relevant and continuous experience within a primary school setting.
- Has a good standard of English and maths.
- Is enthusiastic, well organised and flexible.

- Is committed to inclusive education.
- Has a positive approach to behaviour management.
- Is able to work effectively as part of a team.
