Teaching Assistant
 
Work pattern: 35 hours per week, Term time only + 5 training days (39 weeks)
Hours of work: Monday – Wednesday – Thursday: 8.30am - 4pm; Tuesday: 8.30am - 4.30pm (Staff Inset) and Friday: 8.30am - 3.30pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
Salary information: Scale 3, £22,674 - £23,016 per annum (dependent upon experience)

The successful candidate will be prepared to support children in class as well as deliver intervention programmes for individual and groups of children across the key stage.

  • Has minimum of 6 months recent, relevant and continuous experience within a primary school setting.
  • Has a good standard of English and maths.
  • Is enthusiastic, well organised and flexible.
  • Is dedicated to provide the very best education for our pupils.

  • Is committed to inclusive education.
  • Has a positive approach to behaviour management.
  • Is able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Has a good sense of humour.
