Our staff are the key ingredient in moving our school forward. Therefore, our commitment to the development of staff at all levels is a fundamental priority for us!

Collaboration and support are embedded in the culture of the school. We provide our staff with opportunities for progression, training and development and support and coaching to develop their practice and career. In addition, we value the well-being and care for all staff by providing an effective Employee Assistance Programme.

''The interim headteacher, along with the deputy headteacher, have increased staff morale and created a school that is harmonious and purposeful. A long-standing staff member stated: ‘We are in the strongest position we’ve ever been in.’' (Ofsted 2016)

Pupils behave well. They listen to teachers and then work hard on their learning. Pupils work well together; they have good relationships with each other and with adults in school. A strong culture of respect exists between pupils and adults in school.
