Teaching Assistant 

Salary information: Scale 3, £22,674 - £23,016 per annum (depending on experience)
Work pattern: 35 hours per week, Term time only + 5 training days (39 weeks)
Work hours: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8:30am to 4:00pm, Tuesday: 8:30am to 4:30pm (Staff INSET), Friday: 8:30am to 3:30pm
Contract type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP

The successful candidate will be prepared to support children in class as well as deliver intervention programmes for individual and groups of children across the key stage.

  • Has minimum of 6 months recent, relevant and continuous experience within a primary school setting.
  • Has a good standard of English and maths.
  • Is enthusiastic, well organised and flexible.

  • Is committed to inclusive education.
  • Has a positive approach to behaviour management.
  • Is able to work effectively as part of a team.
