School Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
Salary information: Spine Point 5 - 7, £10,117 - £10,409 per annum (depending on experience)
Work pattern: 15 hours per week, Term Time Only + training days (39 weeks)
Work hours: Thursday and Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
We are looking for a school receptionist/administrative assistant to work in our school reception/office. The postholder will work alongside the Office Manager with specific responsibility for administrative support for the School Office.
Applications are invited from candidates with a sound administrative background with strong IT competency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and good organisational skills. SIMS and CPOMS experience would be an advantage but is not essential. Experience of dealing with students, parents and contractors would be an advantage for the role.
