Office Supervisor

Contract type: Temporary for three months (possibly longer)
Work pattern: 36 hours per week, Term time only (38 weeks)
Salary information: Scale GO7, 25 - 28, £30,650 - £32,421 per annum (dependent upon experience) 
Start date: ASAP

We are looking to recruit a motivated individual. The job will entail the running of the School Office including the line management of the office staff and be responsible for the school management information system, Arbor. The candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office and be able to maintain records and files, and maintain confidentiality at all times. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a good working knowledge of Arbor and some experience of personnel management is desirable. We are looking for a strong team player who is able to work on their own initiative and act as Personal Assistant to the head and Deputy head teachers.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Qualified BTEC/NVQ Level 3 Education/Childcare (desirable not essential).
  • Has vision, drive, energy and commitment.
  • Is passionate about working with children.
  • Has current First Aid Certificate (desirable).
