Office Supervisor 

Contract type: Temporary for three months (possibly longer)
Work pattern: 36 hours per week, Term time only (38 weeks)
Salary information: Scale GO7 25 - 28, £30,650 - £32,421 per annum (dependent upon experience) 
Start date: ASAP or January 2025

We are looking to recruit a motivated individual. The job will entail the running of the School Office including the line management of the office staff and be responsible for the school Arbor data system, with word processing skills. The ability to maintain records and files, maintain confidentiality at all times. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a good working knowledge of Arbor systems and. Some experience of personnel management is desirable. We are looking for a strong team player who is able to work on their own initiative and act as Personal Assistant to the head and Deputy head teachers.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Is BTEC/NVQ Level 3 Education/Childcare qualified (desirable not essential).
  • Has vision, drive, energy and commitment.
  • Is passionate about working with children.
  • Has current First Aid Certificate (desirable).
