Work pattern: 27.5 hours per week, Term time only (38 weeks)
Salary information: Scale 6, £22,399 - £23,071 per annum (dependent upon experience)

Harlyn is a successful, welcoming and diverse 2 form entry primary school. The school provides a modern learning environment for pupils with a range of facilities for computing, music, food technology and more. We are surrounded by our own playing fields and offer a range of sport and outdoor activities in six acres of attractive grounds.
We require a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with appropriate qualifications.
Duties to include:
- Supervision of pupils whilst carrying out pre-prepared work and work that has been set in accordance with school policies, including PPA cover.
- Planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individual groups or whole classes.
- Monitoring pupils and assessing, recording and reporting on pupil achievement, progress and development as agreed with the teacher.
- Playing a leading role in the SEN interventions the school offers at times when class cover is not required.
