Salary information: L15 - L21, £74,238 - £84,550 per annum (depending on experience)

St Catherine Catholic Primary School is a single form entry school, within the London Borough of Hillingdon; the school is oversubscribed. It has a very strong partnership with the Church and the local community. The community is welcoming with supportive parents and a local parish at its heart.
Our children are very well behaved, happy and thrive on learning. The school has a strong history of sporting accolades, a dedicated and skilled staff team and a supportive governing body.
We have a Friends of St Catherine Charity, who are active in fundraising and support many school events.
Our latest Ofsted inspection (November 2023) rated us Good, with Outstanding for Personal development. The board of governors are seeking an outstanding professional who will play a key role in the strategic leadership of the school. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong Catholic ethos who is currently an existing headteacher, deputy headteacher or an experienced senior leader. The successful candidate will have the vision required to provide the best education for the children in our care.
We are looking for a leader with a strong track record of success who is/has:
- A practicing Catholic, with a clear vision of the mission of the school and Catholic education.
- A strong communicator, who can understand the importance of the local community within a single form entry school.
- Effective in motivating and inspiring staff to be successful.
- Able to challenge practices to improve outcomes and drive excellence.
- Experienced in improving and sustaining high academic standards across the school.
