St. Catherine Catholic Primary School is an inclusive community with close-knit staff, lovely children and very supportive parents. We are blessed to serve a diverse multi-cultural, multi-faith school, that we celebrate and believe our staff are hardworking, dedicated and committed to raising the standards of this ''good'' school.

The following values have been agreed by our staff, to guide the work of everyone who contributes to our school community: Faith Formation, Hope, Motivation, Perpetual Learning and Serving. So, if you can demonstrate a strong commitment to raising our pupils and the whole school's achievement, then do not hesitate to join us!

Our latest Ofsted report graded us as a 'good school’ and we are determined to improve on this. In return, for your contribution and dedication, we can offer you a wide range of professional development opportunities in a caring and happy school that has a supportive and encouraging Governing Body!

Visits to the school are welcomed. To book your appointment and for further information about working with us, please contact us here

School staff support pupils well, and relationships between pupils and adults are positive. Pupils work well together, and there is a strong sense of community across the school.

Ofsted 2018

Trust in God and trust in yourself.

St. Catherine Catholic Primary School is a popular one form entry school, set in beautiful surroundings close to major transport links. We are a small, diverse and friendly community that has the Gospel values at the heart of all that we do, with faith development and worship central to the experience that our children enjoy.

We have high expectations for all our pupils, and through an experienced team of highly committed teachers and support staff working in close partnership with parents, we achieve these high academic standards. At St. Catherine, we are committed to ensuring that we develop the whole child through creative projects, sporting opportunities, leadership programmes and wide range of extra-curricular activities.

We are proud of the life skills we provide for our children and the significant personal growth it allows for. The children of St. Catherine put their faith in God, develop the self-confidence to share their opinions, follow their instincts and become whatever they want to be!
