HR and Payroll Administrator Salary information: NJC Grade 6, spinal points 18 - 20, £30,129 - £31,073 per annum (depending on experience)
Work pattern: 36 hours per week, Term Time Only + 2 weeks (41 weeks)
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 4:15pm
Swakeleys School for Girls is looking for a HR & Payroll Administrator to provide professional administrative support and ensure the effective operation of the HR function at the school. Key responsibilities include managing HR-related records and processes, overseeing DBS applications, maintaining the Single Central Record, and supporting on any recruitment. Additionally the post holder will assist the Headteacher’s PA in daily back-office tasks, and be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll and pension records to ensure timely staff payments. The position demands strong organisational skills, attention to detail, respect of confidentiality, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with staff at all levels.
