Early Careers Class Teacher

Salary information: MPR, £38,766 - £50,288 per annum, Inner London (depending on experience)
Contract type: Full time, Permanent
Start date: September 2025

As an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) you will have the opportunity to join a friendly, diverse, inclusive 3 form entry primary school. You will work in a supportive, caring environment with a well-motivated team in either EYFS or Key Stage 1.

As an ECT you will be fully supported through:
  • A comprehensive 2 year mentoring programme.
  • Full access to a local ECT training programme provided by an appropriate body.
  • Full support from a highly experienced teaching and leadership team.
North Ealing Primary School is set in the heart of the Pitshanger community to the north of the Ealing London Borough. Our pupils say that the school is a “happy place to be”.

We need a teacher who:

  • Has good communication skills.
  • Works well in a team.
