School Cleaner

Contract type: Part Time, Permanent
Work pattern: 12.5 hours per week, All year around (52 weeks)
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 5.30pm 
Salary informtion: Scale 2, £9,936 - £10,078 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Start date: ASAP 

We have a vacancy for a School Cleaner to join our hard working and friendly premises team.

The role requires the effective cleaning of classrooms, toilets and halls. Applicants should have a dedicated and enthusiastic approach towards cleaning to a high standard.
 
Some of the duties include: 

• Cleaning desks and tables in classrooms; 
• Emptying bins in classrooms; 
• Wiping door handles and light switches throughout the school; 
• Cleaning toilets and sinks; 
• Sweeping, hoovering and mopping floor; 
• Replenishing hygiene supplies in toilets and classrooms; 
• Spot cleaning of spillages should they arise; 
• Such other duties as may be allocated from time to time.
