At Minet Junior School, we offer a broad and balanced curriculum, where we aim to develop a wide range of our pupils skills, knowledge and understanding. As we believe in providing 'real life' opportunities, to motivate and excite them, whilst nurturing a life-long love of learning.

The staff at our school are dedicated to developing pupils into excellent learners and truly believe in their abilities. As a result, we value the commitment and dedication they provide our pupils and believe in developing our staff as ‘Leaders of the Future’. Through our supportive senior leadership team, personalised training opportunities and professional development path.

If you are an excellent individual, who thrives on challenge and creating a difference. Then we’d love to hear from you!

Enjoy, Achieve, Value All

Minet Junior School is a 'Good' (Ofsted 2015) four form entry Community school, based in Hayes. Where we are proud of our diverse, multicultural population in terms of families, governors and staff.

We see ourselves as a 'community' school in all senses and are committed to work with external agencies and our local community to achieve the best results for our pupils, whilst participating in local projects such as our involvement with 'Cleaner, Greener Hayes'.

We also work closely with Minet Infant School and Nursery and local Secondary schools to ensure excellent provision for the community we serve.

Our school is a happy, vibrant and caring place where we expect the highest standards of behaviour and good manners. We encourage our pupils to become respectful and active learners, whilst teaching them to treat everyone equally. As we prepare our young people for life in modern Britain.
