Chief Operating Officer
Salary information: POF, £67,812 - £72,480 per annum (depending on experience)
Work pattern: 36 hours per week - (flexible working hours available), All year round (52 weeks)
Holiday entitlement: 33 days plus bank holidays (holidays not to be taken during term time)

Key responsibilities:
- Leadership Role: Shape the future of our Trust by developing and overseeing our Operational Plan.
- Diverse Responsibilities: Enhance our administrative systems, HR, IT, marketing, health and safety, and estate management.
- Executive Experience: Step in for the CEO when needed, ensuring seamless operations.
- Strategic Influence: Advise and support the Board on key policy matters and developments.
- Ambassadorial Role: Represent our Trust externally, embodying our vision and values.
