Attendance and Administration Manager

Work pattern: 36 hours per week, Term time only + 5 INSET days (39 weeks)
Hours of work: Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 3:45pm, Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm
Salary information: Scale SO1, Starting at £33,452 per annum rising annually to £34,344 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting plus first allowance

Ruislip High School is looking to appoint an attendance and administration manager to contribute to safeguarding students, improving academic progress and attainment by improving school attendance. You will be responsible for advising pastoral staff and senior leaders on all matters relating to attendance including regular reporting. You will also take the lead role in developing work processes to improve attendance. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to be key in delivering and developing this new role. The role would suit a proactive and highly motivated person who enjoys the challenge of working in a busy environment.

As this position deals with a wide variety of people it will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will need to be extremely well organised, have exceptional time management, attention to detail and a high level of computer literacy.
