Assistant Headteacher - Special Educational Needs Lead (SENDCo) 

Salary information: L4 – L8, £54,555 - £59,826 per annum (depending on experience)
Further salary information: Please note, the advertised salary is based upon the Full time hours and is subject to change for the Part time post.

If so, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic leader to be an advocate for SEND pupils in our school with a clear vision of inclusive practice. We would welcome applications from experienced and ambitious SENCOs who want to make a significant contribution to the provision and outcomes for our vulnerable pupils and who would be willing to develop their leadership skills in monitoring, tracking and reporting on progress and attainment in this area of school performance.

Harmondsworth Primary is a one form primary school located in the village of Harmondsworth.

You will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate colleagues whilst holding to account.
  • Evidence of a track record of raising SEND pupils’ achievement.
  • Experience as an effective practitioner in Primary Schools.
