Are you an exceptional teaching assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with SEND needs?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, imaginative, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Acorn Centre (ARMS – Additional Resource in a Mainstream School) from September 2026.

This role will involve supporting children in our specialist resource provision and collaborating with staff across the school to ensure high-quality support for pupils with SEND.

  • Passionate about and committed to working with children with SEND.
  • Able to use initiative and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Dedicated to inclusion, with high expectations for all learners.
  • Fully aligned with our Pinner Wood values.
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and passionate about education.
  • Willing to continuously learn and update their skills and knowledge.

In return, we offer:

  • A friendly, committed, and hardworking team with a strong culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Support from a dedicated senior leadership team, Inclusion Leader, and the established Acorn Centre Team.
  • A brand-new, well-resourced Acorn Centre.
  • A vibrant, diverse, and aspirational school community.
  • Highly motivated, cheerful, and enthusiastic children.
  • Excellent opportunities for professional development.
