Salary (actual): £23,878 - £24,220 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Grade: 3
Hours: 35 hours per week
Work Pattern: Term time only – 38 weeks per annum
Contract: Permanent
Lake Farm Park Academy serves the children and families of the richly diverse and welcoming community of Hayes in West London and is the educational home to over 700 children. The academy is part of The Park Federation Academy Trust, allowing us to benefit from a wealth of expertise across our ten academies, as well as enabling us to provide opportunities for sharing of good practice and high quality training.
Lake Farm Park Academy is seeking to appoint a Receptionist & Administration Assistant; the role will be the first point of contact when entering the school, and will provide administrative support across the school.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual who:
- Can provide administration support to staff, pupils and parents;
- Has an excellent telephone manner and is able to deal sensitively with a range of parents and pupil’s needs;
- Has excellent IT and interpersonal skills;
- Is able to maintain confidentiality;
- Ideally has previous school office experience including using SIMS.net (although not essential);
- Is efficient and is able to work on their own initiative and under pressure.
