You will work with students aged 11–19 who present with a wide range of needs, including autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), global developmental delay, learning disabilities and complex medical conditions such as respiratory, neurological and neuromuscular pathologies.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to improving outcomes for young people with diverse profiles of need.

This role offers the opportunity to work across both our main Uxbridge site and the new Harefield site, ensuring a rich and varied professional experience. The successful candidate must be able to work frequently across both school sites.
As part of our dynamic Therapy Team, you will:
- Deliver a range of interventions including assessments, one-to-one therapy and class-based programmes.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists and therapy assistants to integrate clinical interventions into the curriculum.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive environment where pupils can access learning and develop their full potential. This includes the delivery of training for staff.
You will be joining an established, supportive and multidisciplinary team led by the Therapy Team Lead and senior clinicians from each therapy discipline. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work creatively and make a measurable difference to the lives of young people with complex needs.
