About the Role
As an LSA at Whiteheath Infant and Nursery School, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work flexibly with teachers to deliver high quality support, whether working with a whole class, small groups, or providing 1:1 support to children with additional needs.

In our nursery setting, you will act as a keyworker for a small group of children, building strong relationships with families and supporting each child’s learning journey. This includes completing observations, contributing to assessments, writing keyworker reports, and meeting parents during our twice yearly parents’ evenings.

  • Holds Paediatric First Aid (desirable).
  • Is confident in keyworker responsibilities, including observations, assessments, and parent communication.
