Contract type: Full time, Specific purpose - Maternity Cover
Salary information: MPR - UPR, £37,870 - £56,154 per annum (dependent upon experience) + TLR 2b, £6,067 per annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic, forward thinking Interim Phase Leader to join our dedicated staff team for a one year maternity cover position. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled teacher and emerging or experienced leader to make a meaningful impact across our school community.

About the Role
The Interim Phase Leader will:
- Provide strong leadership and clear direction within their phase.
- Support high quality teaching and learning across the team.
- Use assessment and data effectively to drive improvement.
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner who leads by example.
- Work closely with senior leaders to maintain high standards of inclusion, behaviour, and pastoral care.
