Salary information: Leadership Scale 1 - 5, £33,528 - £36,747 per annum (dependent upon experience)

St Martin’s CE Primary School is seeking a dynamic and talented Assistant Headteacher Inclusion who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
We are seeking someone who can:
- Lead and enhance the quality of teaching and learning for SEND pupils across both schools.
- Work alongside an experienced SENDCo, contributing to the strategic development of SEND provision.
- Support and develop staff to deliver high-quality adaptive teaching that meets the needs of all learners.
- Work flexibly across both sites, responding to the individual contexts of each school.
- Promote inclusive practice and ensure SEND pupils make strong progress.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies, families and professionals.
- Play a key role as part of the wider leadership team.
