Part-Time Administrative Assistant- Pupil Welfare
Required 22.5 hours per week
Morning session – 8.30am to 1.00pm, Monday to Friday
Mainly Term-Time 40 weeks per year
The Trust seeks to recruit a competent administrator to join the team at Brookside Primary School, to undertake a range of clerical and welfare duties; acting as an interface between the School and stakeholders, discharging functions in a sensitive, professional and confidential manner. Successful candidates will have high order communication and IT skills, with demonstrable experience of working within a busy and demanding environment.
Post-holders will support the day-to-day operational routines, being integral to general welfare and guidance arrangements in place at the School for pupils and stakeholders. Acting as the main point of contact in terms of First Aid response, an appropriate and up-to-date qualification is essential in order to fulfil the role.

- exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills;
- competency in IT software with good keyboard skills;
- skills to support effective, efficient and reliable processes;
- willingness to undertake First Aid and access relevant training;
