We wanted our company motto to capture the fact that we are specialists in the education recruitment sector. Our team, which is a part of The Schools HR Co-operative, has a wealth of 'insight' into education HR including pay and conditions of service, salaries and pre-employment safeguarding.

Crinkle also bridges the gap between the recruitment industry and school recruitment - providing advice, support and industry standard tools directly to school leaders with the aim of making finding outstanding staff simple and straightforward!

The path to finding a new name wasn't a simple one. We didn't want our name to simply describe what we do; like 'schools jobs online'. Instead, we wanted something which was unique, fun and easy to remember - hence Crinkle Recruitment was born.
