This oversubscribed two-form entry primary school in the London Borough of Harrow is situated within a conservation area and is one of the oldest schools in Harrow. NQT Induction Programme

The school follows the Harrow local authority induction programme, and as such, has close links with other schools in the borough which provides an extended support network and opportunities to meet with other NQTs in order to share knowledge and practice.

During the induction year NQTs are allocated an experienced learning mentor who works with the Headteacher, keeping them informed at every step of the way.  The Headteacher operates an open-door policy and keeps in regular contact with NQTs ensuring they are comfortable and progressing well within the school. In addition, progress is monitored through regular and scheduled meetings and observation feedback with the learning mentor. 

As an NQT at this school, you will be allocated additional group PPA time, and a highly supportive and knowledgeable staff team are also on-hand to offer support and guidance.

This large four form entry school based in Kenton, in the London Borough of Harrow, is the educational home to over seven hundred pupils and forty-five teaching staff.
