Are you looking for a change and /or career development?

Wood End Park Academy is a well established, welcoming and inclusive school with plenty of ambition and many exciting plans for its future.

We are an Academy with a strong team of teachers and extremely experienced support staff. Together, our commitment is to achieve excellence, with a drive to secure the best for our children in a place that values partnership, team-working and well-being. Team working and a supportive environment are key reasons for our success.

The benefits of being in a Multi Academy Trust means that we have partnership working opportunities on our doorstep, as we learn from other Academies within the Trust (and vice versa). Our partnership with these Academies, means a host of professional development opportunities are available to further your own skills, knowledge and expertise. The Park Federation has its own professional development centre, where CPD for staff at varying levels of experience, is offered to boost your career!

Visits to our Academy are warmly welcomed. To book your appointment or for more information about working for us, please email us on wepaoffice@theparkfederation.org.

Pupils enjoy coming to school and have great confidence that the staff work hard to support their education and well-being.

To Question is to Grow

Wood End Park Academy is a vibrant and multicultural primary school in the heart of Hayes, that serves families from a wide range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds. The Academy is part of a federation family in The Park Federation Academy Trust, alongside seven other academies.

At Wood End Park, we are proud of the academy’s warm and welcoming atmosphere, and its passionate commitment to academic excellence and care. In addition to our 'good quality of education' (Ofsted 2017), we offer our children a wide range of after school clubs to further extend their skills. Saturday classes are popular, with many Year Six children attending booster lessons and an extra sports session each week.

We are proud of our partnership working with parents and carers. We offer a wide range of opportunities so that families are able to come to the academy to see our work. These community events include festival assemblies, curriculum-linked workshops, and special themed exhibitions!

For further information about our curriculum and school life, we encourage you to view our prospectus and visit our website.
