We are ambitious and optimistic about the future, and we hope you are too!

Our mission is grounded on the following three core values. To collaborate: we work in partnership and provide both high challenge and high support that enables every individual and team to succeed together; to invest: we release potential and seek to provide a wide range of exciting professional learning experiences for every individual; and to pioneer: we take risks and we never accept mediocrity.

As an appreciation for the strengths that you will bring to the school environment, you will be able to enjoy benefits like an Employee Assistance Programme, an extensive range of Retail Discounts and training and development opportunities like having access to our learning and development programmes.

Inspiring Learners; Enriching Lives

Trevelyan Middle School is a comprehensive middle-deemed-secondary school serving approximately 520 students in Windsor, Berkshire. We first opened as New Windsor Council School in 1930 and converted to an academy under the Pioneer Educational Trust in 2016.

We are a very successful school and are very proud of the achievements of all our pupils and staff. We believe in building excellent relationships with all our stakeholders and are always committed to high standards. Our values (ENRICH) Encouraging, Nurturing, Respect, Inspiring, Creative and Happy are paramount to our vision; the ingredients of OUR school.

At Trevelyan, we work tirelessly with our wonderful staff and pupils, and the proficient, experienced support of Pioneer Educational Trust to ensure the school continues to flourish despite the many challenges ahead, not least the Government’s endless changes to what is expected of schools.
