St. Martin’s CE Primary is a vibrant school that strongly believes their staff should be kept happy and well-supported. Our school employs leaders who are approachable and adaptable and as a leadership team, we are constantly listening to the needs of our teachers. At a time when education is very busy, we are proactive in reducing the burden of bureaucracy!

As part of our staff well- being plan, we offer all staff with private healthcare. From the moment you begin your employment with us you will be entitled to this. Many of our staff are already talking about the difference this is making to them personally. What is more, we even pay your tax for this benefit, so that HMRC doesn’t charge you later on!

If all this sounds just like what you might be looking for then, come and see our school! We welcome visits from all potential candidates, just get in touch with us on 01895 462350 or via email at stmartins@fraysacademytrust.org.

This is a friendly, kind and happy school. Pupils give a warm welcome to the many in-year new arrivals. There is a keen sense of inclusion, respect and integration of all, no matter their faith or culture.
