At Marish Academy Trust, we offer a broad, balanced and enriched curriculum. Whilst working in partnership with our school community and local stakeholders, creating an engaging learning environment.
We are an all inclusive Trust and welcome people into our community, regardless of their backgrounds, ethnicities, faiths, age or skills. We focus on what we share, which is living and working in 21st century Slough, wanting the best outcomes and life chances for all our children.
We understand the importance of our staff and impact they have on our schools as well pupils. As a result, we offer programmes such as 'ITT Trainees Programme'’, ‘Empower to Deliver’, ‘Fast track into leadership’, and the ‘Junior Leaders Programme'. As we are committed to their personal development and wish for everyone to succeed.
At our Trust, diversity is a strength and a rich resource, rather than a barrier. Therefore, we look for passionate and dedicated individuals who can be a part of our schools, whilst sharing the same ethos.
