At Edward Pauling Primary School, we aim to challenge, support and develop our staff to create an outstanding workforce and thereby an outstanding school.

All our staff are provided with equal opportunities and access to professional development, enabling them to maintain excellence in teaching, achievement and behaviour. We also ensure that the Continued Professional Development programmes are informed by robust, frequent and careful checks of our performance and its impact on our pupil's progress.

The support we provide for our staff was also recognised by Ofsted 2014 stating ''teachers who are newly qualified receive individual support, and this helps them to develop their skills quickly to become outstanding''.

Edward Pauling, lives by the guiding principle, ‘We Love School!'. So if you believe that you are the person who can lead us on our continuing path of success, and develop opportunities to grow our school community, we would love to hear from you!

Learning to Succeed Together

Edward Pauling Primary School is a two-form entry co-educational school situated in Feltham, Hounslow.

The school is part of the education service provided by the London Borough of Hounslow, where together we aim to provide the best primary education for our children in a stimulating and creative environment, helping every child realise their potential.

It is our belief that children thrive in an environment in which they are happy, challenged and secure. We encourage and celebrate creativity, critical thinking and imagination of every child as well as their efforts and achievements. We also teach them the importance of moral values and consideration of others.

At the end, our children leave us after Year 6 feeling as confident, collaborative, independent young people; ready to succeed and enjoy the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead of them!
