At our school, we recognise our staff and community as the key contributors to the schools' success and as a result, welcome new ideas from our faculty to help our school grow. Therefore, if you are a hard-working and compassionate individual, who can uphold our School values and Christian ethos, we welcome hearing from you and joining our team!

Pupils are well behaved both in and out of lessons. Leaders manage behaviour well. Staff know how to promote good behaviour. Pupils know that teachers treat them fairly. Many pupils said that bullying does not happen in school. They are confident that teachers will resolve issues that arise.

Love, Compassion, Respect

Dr Triplett’s is for children aged between 4 and 11 years, who are in the Early Years Foundation Stage and National Curriculum Years 1 to 6.

Our school aims to serve its community by providing an education of the highest quality within the context of Christian belief and practice. Since, it encourages an understanding of the meaning and significance of faith, and promotes the Christian values of love, compassion and respect for each other through the experience it offers to all pupils.

As a Church of England School we uphold Christian values whilst embracing the diversity of the human family. We believe that our children should learn in an environment which is tolerant and respectful of all beliefs and cultures. In 2016, we were inspected by SIAMS (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist School) and achieved 'Outstanding'. To read the full report, please click here.
