As a result, we always look for encouraging and committed practitioners who can inspire our pupils and work collaboratively with our team, creating a supportive network for our community.

Members of staff highlighted how much they appreciate the headteacher's approach in consulting with them, and seeking their opinions of how to move the school forward. This has generated a very positive ‘can do’ attitude.

We are a happy and harmonoius school, where we instill the importance of friendship and unity, and how to approach life with positivity and hope. At our school, we also promote the arts and learning outdoors, as well as teaching thinking skills and developing a growth mindset so that all Bourne pupils leave us as independent learners and thinkers, ready to take on the next challenge in their lives.
