We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our staff team and lead the Year 2 team.
Salary Information: £28,355 - £40,035 per annum inc. Outer London Weighting + £4,656 (TLR 2b)
Start Date: Fleixble - either September 2020 or January 2021, dependant on the availability of the sucessful applicant.
Minet Nursery and Infant school is a Good school based in the welcoming and multi-cultural community of Hayes, West London. We are recognised for our “clear and determined leadership” and we are looking for a an individual to join our “highly capable team of middle leaders”, taking on the responsibility for leading the Year 2 team.
Our ideal candidate will be an already strong practitioner who is able to demonstrate evidence of teaching across a variety of age ranges in Key Stage One, ideally with specific experience of teaching or co-ordinating in Year 2. You will also possess:
- In depth knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and expectations for pupils in Year 2,
- Current knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations and guidance relating to this role and,
- Excellent communication skills across a variety of mediums, towards both pupils and colleagues.
