Welfare and Pupil Support Officer

Salary information: Scale 3, £23,925 - £24,267 per annum (depending on experience)
Work pattern: 35 hours per week, Term time only + 5 INSET days (39 weeks)
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start date: As soon as possible

Rabbsfarm Primary School is a friendly and welcoming 3 form entry school with a 45-place nursery, situated in the heart of a vibrant and diverse community in the Yiewsley area of Hillingdon. We are an inclusive and caring school where children and staff flourish together.

We are seeking to appoint a committed and compassionate Welfare Assistant to join our hardworking and dedicated team. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality medical and welfare support for our pupils, as well as supporting Pupil Premium initiatives to enhance outcomes for vulnerable learners.

We are looking for someone who is:
  • Organised, caring and resilient.
  • Experienced in delivering first aid and welfare support.
  • A team player with strong communication skills.
  • Competent using school systems such as SIMS and Medical Tracker.
  • Committed to making a positive impact on children’s wellbeing and outcomes.
