Welfare Officer

Contract type: Permanent
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm 
Salary information: Scale 5, point 12; £24,807 per annum 
Work pattern: 32.5 hours per week, Term time only + 5 inset days + 2 days during summer holidays (39.4 weeks)

Start date: January 2025

We are looking for a professional person who:
  • Is responsible for the welfare and first aid care of our pupils.
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills with pupils, staff, parents and outside agencies. 
  • Is a confident administrator with good IT skills (Word, Excel) and able to carry out a variety of tasks. 
  • Has a willingness to contribute to the overall ethos and aims of our school.
