Teaching Assistants
Work pattern: 36 hours per week, Term Time Only + 5 INSET days (39 weeks)
Salary information: Scale 3, £24,608 - £24,960 per annum (depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 3:45pm (for 2 days) and 8:30am to 4:30pm (3 days to including Mondays)
Deanesfield Primary School is seeking to employ experienced Teaching Assistants to provide classroom support to start ASAP. Duties will involve working with groups of children, individuals, and providing general support for teachers. We are seeking applications from either graduates wishing to gain experience in the classroom before embarking on a teacher training route, or experienced teaching support staff who have proven employment in this capacity. In exceptional circumstances we will consider a reduced contract for candidates completing a foundation degree course in education, or appropriate studies in further education. (0.8 contract would be considered for the right candidate who is continuing with FE).
