Site Supervisor
Salary information: Scale 5, £31,524 - £32,931 per annum (depending on experience)
Work hours: Split shift Monday and Friday, 6am - 10am then 2:30pm - 6pm and Tuesday - Thursday, 6am - 9:30am then 2.30pm - 6pm
Work pattern: 36 hours per week, All year round (52 weeks)

Minet Infant and Nursery School is looking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Site Supervisor who is committed to achieving the very best for all children. Minet is a four-form entry school in the heart of the Hayes area of Hillingdon. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our highly professional, friendly team. We are looking to appoint a full-time member of staff who has a “can do” attitude and is flexible, practical, pro-active, energetic and diligent to support our existing teams in delivering excellent service.
Your duties will include: ensuring statutory compliance, site maintenance and you will hold a proud attitude to our newly refurbished school. The successful applicant will have strong facilities management skills as well as people leadership. You will report to the School Business Manager and Headteacher.
You will need:
- To enjoy working with children, parents and staff.
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
- To be calm, approachable, flexible and demonstrate initiative.
- Experience of working in a school or similar setting
- To be highly skilled and practical.
