Site Manager

Start date: ASAP
Paid holiday entitlement: 29 days + 8 bank holidays
Work pattern: 36 hours per week, All year round (52 weeks)
Salary information: NJC Scale 6, Starting at Point 18, £35,520 per annum and rising with annual increments to a maximum of Point 20, £36,585 per annum
Work hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:45am -2:30pm and Friday 6:45am - 2:15pm or an option for 11:45am - 6:45am (to be discussed at interview) with 30 minutes unpaid lunch

We are looking to recruit a Site Manager at Oak Farm Primary School.

Oak Farm is a two/ three-form entry school. The school is currently an associate member of the Vanguard Learning Trust, a cross-phase multi -academy trust, it is currently going through a consultation to officially be part of the Trust by April 2026.

Our new site manager will:

• Be responsible for ensuring that the premises and grounds of the school are secure and maintained to the highest possible level at all times;
• Be responsible for the administration of the school’s maintenance records;
• Lead and where appropriate, undertake daily maintenance of the school’s buildings;
• Be the point of contact for all contractors;
• Be responsible for ensuring that the premises are clean and fit for purpose;
• Have oversight of the management of any school lettings;
• Assist with porterage; and
• Undertake the required training and development.
